The application guideline for LIMS program can be obtained at the offices listed below after the middle of January 2018.

If you would like the guideline to be posted to you, please send a K2 (240 mm x 332 mm) self-addressed envelope (with the receiver’s name, address, and postal code clearly written) and a return stamp of 205JPY to the address below. Please also enclose your contact telephone number and write in red color “2018 LIMS program  Secondary recruitment application guideline request” on the envelope.

Applicants who live outside Japan can download these guideline and forms for submission, after sending their requests by e-mail to the LIMS Office.
